This no profit event is organized by an informal group of volunteers in cooperation with a multitude of local organizations, hotels, individuals and village groups.

The first edition was held in 2011 and since then the event has organically grown.
The 2018 edition attracted an audience of approx. 3000 people over the 3 days including hundreds of participants at the competitions, workshops and cultural events.
